Mistakes happen, we totally get it! If you’re not loving your new purchase, you got the size wrong, or there was something wrong with the item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & reason for return. If your item arrived damaged, please email us one to two photos of the issue.
We are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned with original packing receipt and all tags attached. Items are subject to inspection upon return.
Lofty Living does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend that customers get a tracking number when shipping return packages.
Please note that all furniture purchases are FINAL SALE.
All returns take approximately 3-5 business days for processing once the item has been received at our office. Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery. If an item is deemed unsellable or not in original condition it will be sent back at the customers expense. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment.
Unfortunately at this time our online store is unable to process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or a different product please place a new order. For information on returning your original item please refer to the 'Returns' section above.
Lofty Living ships via Canada Post and offers flat rate shipping for all domestic (within Canada) and international orders.
Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Lofty Living is not responsible for payment of these fees. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Rest of Canada: 2 - 7 business days
United States: 2 - 7 business days (Please note that these orders may be subject to longer wait times if they are held at customs.)

Please allow between 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Please note our business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
